What is the Los Angeles Hurling Club?
The Irish GAA (Gaelic Athletic Association) sport of hurling in the Los Angeles area is organized and played by the Los Angeles Hurling Club.
We're the only active hurling club in in the LA area with over 30 registered players. Camoige players are also welcome!
We meet up for training on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. We usually have a couple of matches each month against other clubs.
Our season runs from February to October, with regular social events during the season.
Everyone's welcome to join us for training sessions, no matter your skill level or background. So, if you're interested, grab your boots and come join us on the field!
What to Expect at Your First Training:
Bring running shoes or soccer cleats, shorts, and a comfortable jersey.
If you’re completely new to hurling, one of our members will show you the basics before you join the rest of the group. If you’re not a club member, you’ll need to sign a waiver before participating.
For a quick overview of the rules, check our About page.
You don’t need to be a member to try a practice session!
